BUSINESS + PASSION
Great Estate was founded in 2015 by Dan Salvati, a family man born and raised in West Michigan with a business background and a passion for home maintenance and improvement. After earning bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration and working a successful career in corporate administration, Dan recognized how difficult it is to balance professional life and home life--and how even more challenging it is to make sure one's home is properly maintained.
With West Michigan continuing to grow, lives constantly getting busier, and demographical shifts in home ownership, Dan saw it as an opportunity to help ensure the area's homes are properly maintained:
"Jobs are getting more demanding, families are busier and our homes are getting older. We need to take advantage of the limited time we have. A lot of the best service providers are difficult to find and communicate with because they are very busy and do not advertise. We recognized an opportunity. That's why Great Estate was started and continues to grow. We just want to make it easy."
